Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account information — your email address and basic profile details (name, avatar) provided when you sign in. Sign-in is handled by Clerk; we never see or store your password.
• Your analyses — the scenario questions you submit and the reports generated for them.
• Feedback — any message you send through the feedback form.
• Anonymous usage data — aggregate page views via Vercel Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
• Abuse prevention — when you run the free analysis without an account, we store a one-way hash of your IP address (never the address itself) and a cookie identifier, solely to enforce the free-usage limit. If you later sign up, that analysis is attached to your account.

How we use it

To operate the service: authenticating you, generating and saving your analyses, enforcing daily usage limits, and improving the product. That's all.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. We rely on a small number of service providers to run Stratiora:

• Clerk — authentication and account management
• Neon — database hosting for your analyses
• Vercel — application hosting and anonymous analytics
• OpenAI — generates your analysis reports. Your scenario question is sent to OpenAI to produce the report.

Public sharing

Analyses are private by default. If you create a share link, anyone with that link can view that analysis without signing in. You can revoke a share link at any time from the report page, which immediately disables it.

Your choices

You can delete any analysis from your Library at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email darkroccs@yahoo.com and we'll remove it.

Children

Stratiora is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
